Entrant places are limited and to make the process fair it is first come, first served.

We are committed to the professional development of young people in the arts, and want to provide an opportunity to get motivated and start creating. All competitors will receive personalised, constructive feedback from our team.

All we ask is that it is a max of 3 minutes and that there aren't any distractions in the background (a plain background is best). You can choose a monologue from any play classic or contemporary, comedic or tragic. We are looking for monologues that are brave & bold, and show what those words mean to you. We are only accepting one monologue submission per person. How to Enter? Tickets are £10 per entry, and you can buy them from our website shop. We are only accepting submissions from young people aged between 15-18 based in Northern Ireland, so please only apply if you fit these conditions. Our team will select our top finalists, who will all have their monologues displayed on our website, as well as being awarded a p lace on the Bruiser Summer School 2021! Who Can Enter? There are two categories: Age 15-16, and Age 17-18.

What is it? We want to see brave & bold monologues from emerging young actors aged 15-18, and create an opportunity for young artists to showcase their talent.
